Our Fees
Financial Guarantee Corporation does not charge any fees up front. Equally, we don't do any transactions free. We don't provide our services to be be paid for "after closing". To do so would be providing you with an unsecured loan. No "deferred payments" are possible.
Our fee for Bonds on Euroclear is 2.5% for the initial period. The fee is negotiable for longer periods (twelve months, for example).
The fee for Proof of Funds is 2.5% for the initial period. The fee is negotiable for longer periods (twelve months, for example).
Our fee where a Funding Commitment is given is an amount equal to 2% of the amount committed.

In all cases, for the protection of both parties, we require that
the Arrangement Fee be placed in an Escrow
Account before the transaction commences. If you cannot/will not enter into escrow we do not want to deal with you.
