In all cases, fees are placed in an Escrow Account for the protection of both parties.

The Arrangement Fee does not leave the Escrow Account until the Proof of Funds/Bond is provided. The mechanism by which the Arrangement Fee is disbursed is detailed in the Principal Agreement
