What We Don't Do
We do not want to deal with Joker Brokers.
We don't give money just because you send us an email and ask us to fund your project (no matter how worthy it is).
We don't make hard money loans. Please read that again - WE DON"T MAKE HARD LOANS.
We will not not give you a BG/SBLC to fund your project. If you want a $100M SBLC and you want us to arrange, it please send us $122M. (the 20% over the SBLC face value required by the banks plus our 2% fee). Or go to your bank, with whom you no doubt have a very good relationship, and get them to arrange it. For all you people confused about our "Funding Commitment", please re-read it here.
We don't do any transactions free.
We don't provide our services to be be paid for "after closing". To do so would be providing you with an unsecured loan.
We don't cheat. We don' steal your money. We don't change the details of a deal once done but we do want to be paid. Which is why we have Escrow Procedures. If you cannot/will not enter into escrow we do not want to deal with you. Usually it means that you do not have the money to transact the deal and/or are completely oblivious to the considerable costs involved in setting up sub accounts, arranging SBLCS/BGs, sending SWIFTS, etc.
We don't advise you on how to utilise our services. We consider that you are an Accredited/Sophisticated Investor.
We don't provide Proof of Funds for you to enter into "trading programs".
We do not provide any services under US$10M.
